§ 1 Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für die Nutzung der Plattform Intarp (intarp.com, myjob.intarp.com, join.intarp.com und zugehörige Subdomains), betrieben von der Intarp GmbH, Kolonnenstr. 8, 10827 Berlin, Deutschland. Sie umfassen die Website, die Plattform-Portale (Kandidat:innen-, Unternehmens- und Admin-Portal) sowie das Anfrageformular (Letter of Intent, „LOI").
§ 2 Leistungsbeschreibung
Intarp betreibt eine digitale Plattform zur Vermittlung von Fachkräften aus Afrika an Unternehmen in Deutschland. Die Plattform ermöglicht Kandidat:innen die Erstellung von Profilen, Bewerbungen auf Stellenangebote und die Kommunikation mit potenziellen Arbeitgebern. Unternehmen können über das LOI-Formular Interesse an Auszubildenden bekunden und über die Plattform-Portale Kandidat:innen einsehen und kontaktieren.
§ 3 Registrierung und Nutzerkonto
Die Registrierung ist für Kandidat:innen kostenlos. Der Nutzer verpflichtet sich, wahrheitsgemäße Angaben bei der Registrierung zu machen und seine Zugangsdaten vertraulich zu behandeln. Das Nutzerkonto ist persönlich und nicht übertragbar. Die Intarp GmbH behält sich vor, Konten bei Verstoß gegen diese AGB zu sperren oder zu löschen.
§ 4 Pflichten der Nutzer
Der Nutzer verpflichtet sich, die Plattform nicht missbräuchlich zu nutzen, keine unwahren Angaben zu machen und die geltenden Gesetze einzuhalten. Insbesondere ist es untersagt, automatisierte Zugriffe auf die Plattform durchzuführen, Daten anderer Nutzer ohne deren Zustimmung zu erheben oder die Plattform für rechtswidrige Zwecke zu nutzen.
§ 5 LOI-Formular (Interessensbekundung)
Das LOI-Formular (Letter of Intent) auf join.intarp.com dient der unverbindlichen Interessensbekundung von Unternehmen an der Vermittlung von Auszubildenden. Die Übermittlung des Formulars begründet kein Vertragsverhältnis. Die Intarp GmbH wird die Anfrage prüfen und sich innerhalb von 2 Werktagen mit dem Unternehmen in Verbindung setzen. Die übermittelten Daten werden gemäß unserer Datenschutzerklärung (§ 6–8) verarbeitet.
§ 6 Haftung
Die Intarp GmbH haftet nicht für die Richtigkeit der von Nutzern eingestellten Inhalte. Eine Haftung für unmittelbare oder mittelbare Schäden, die sich aus der Nutzung der Plattform ergeben, ist – soweit gesetzlich zulässig – ausgeschlossen.
§ 7 Datenschutz
Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten erfolgt gemäß unserer Datenschutzerklärung und im Einklang mit der DSGVO.
§ 8 Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist Berlin, soweit gesetzlich zulässig. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Intarp platform (intarp.com, myjob.intarp.com, join.intarp.com and associated subdomains), operated by Intarp GmbH, Kolonnenstr. 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany. They cover the website, the platform portals (candidate, company, and admin portal) and the inquiry form (Letter of Intent, "LOI").
§ 2 Description of Services
Intarp operates a digital platform for connecting skilled professionals from Africa with companies in Germany. The platform enables candidates to create profiles, apply for positions, and communicate with potential employers. Companies can express interest in apprentices via the LOI form and use the platform portals to view and contact candidates.
§ 3 Registration and User Account
Registration is free for candidates. Users agree to provide truthful information during registration and to keep their credentials confidential. User accounts are personal and non-transferable. Intarp GmbH reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in the event of a violation of these Terms.
§ 4 User Obligations
Users agree not to misuse the platform, not to provide false information, and to comply with applicable laws. In particular, it is prohibited to make automated access requests to the platform, to collect other users' data without their consent, or to use the platform for unlawful purposes.
§ 5 LOI Form (Expression of Interest)
The LOI form (Letter of Intent) on join.intarp.com serves as a non-binding expression of interest from companies in the placement of apprentices. Submitting the form does not create a contractual relationship. Intarp GmbH will review the inquiry and respond within 2 business days. Submitted data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (§ 6–8).
§ 6 Liability
Intarp GmbH is not liable for the accuracy of user-submitted content. Liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§ 7 Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the GDPR.
§ 8 Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Les présentes conditions générales d'utilisation (CGU) s'appliquent à l'utilisation de la plateforme Intarp (intarp.com, myjob.intarp.com, join.intarp.com et sous-domaines associés), exploitée par Intarp GmbH, Kolonnenstr. 8, 10827 Berlin, Allemagne. Elles couvrent le site web, les portails de la plateforme (portail candidat, entreprise et administrateur) ainsi que le formulaire de demande (Letter of Intent, « LOI »).
§ 2 Description des services
Intarp exploite une plateforme numérique de mise en relation de professionnels qualifiés d'Afrique avec des entreprises en Allemagne. La plateforme permet aux candidats de créer des profils, de postuler à des offres d'emploi et de communiquer avec des employeurs potentiels. Les entreprises peuvent exprimer leur intérêt pour des apprentis via le formulaire LOI et utiliser les portails de la plateforme pour consulter et contacter des candidats.
§ 3 Inscription et compte utilisateur
L'inscription est gratuite pour les candidats. L'utilisateur s'engage à fournir des informations véridiques lors de l'inscription et à garder ses identifiants confidentiels. Le compte utilisateur est personnel et non transférable. Intarp GmbH se réserve le droit de suspendre ou de supprimer les comptes en cas de violation des présentes CGU.
§ 4 Obligations des utilisateurs
L'utilisateur s'engage à ne pas utiliser la plateforme de manière abusive, à ne pas fournir de fausses informations et à respecter les lois applicables. Il est notamment interdit d'effectuer des accès automatisés à la plateforme, de collecter les données d'autres utilisateurs sans leur consentement ou d'utiliser la plateforme à des fins illicites.
§ 5 Formulaire LOI (Expression d'intérêt)
Le formulaire LOI (Letter of Intent) sur join.intarp.com est une expression d'intérêt non contraignante de la part des entreprises pour le placement d'apprentis. La soumission du formulaire ne crée pas de relation contractuelle. Intarp GmbH examinera la demande et répondra dans un délai de 2 jours ouvrables. Les données soumises sont traitées conformément à notre Politique de confidentialité (§ 6–8).
§ 6 Responsabilité
Intarp GmbH n'est pas responsable de l'exactitude des contenus soumis par les utilisateurs. La responsabilité pour les dommages directs ou indirects résultant de l'utilisation de la plateforme est exclue dans la mesure permise par la loi.
§ 7 Protection des données
Les données personnelles sont traitées conformément à notre Politique de confidentialité et en conformité avec le RGPD.
§ 8 Dispositions finales
Le droit allemand est applicable. Le tribunal compétent est Berlin, dans la mesure permise par la loi. Si une disposition des présentes CGU est invalide, les dispositions restantes demeurent en vigueur.
